We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city centre of Zakopane. The location is prime, right on the main shopping street. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had secure car parking available.
It was all superb.

Location, view from room, clean and comfortable.
Toaster in dining room needs replacing. Would like to see tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Hairdrier too hot.

This venue was a luxurious experience filled with exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. the private facilities in the room provided the perfect escape. the Sauna and swimming pool were pristine and the perfect addition to our relaxing stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a delightful selection of food and drinks.
The only minor issue we encountered was a noisy hallway during a late night stay. this did not take away from the overall unforgettable experience.

Stayed here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it. the rooms were comfortable and clean with excellent views of the mountains. the restaurant offered delicious and reasonably priced food. the location was perfect for exploring the town.
The noise level from the nearby pedestrian street made it difficult to sleep at times. there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room which was a minor inconvenience.

Our room was large, very comfortable (we got a bath tube with a hydro massage!) and it was well isolated from the sounds from outside (the hotel is at the most noisy street in Zakopane). People at the help desk were were nice and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious! And the hotel restaurant - good service and very impressive menu.
Too small spa: sauna - at most 3 persons and steam bath - at most 4 persons for such a big hotel (not mentioning only few places to take a rest). The cleaning persons start working early in the morning and at least when we stayed there - they were pretty noisy - although when we asked at the help desk - the problem was solved the next day. The hotel restaurant although very good - is a bit overpriced. The selection of wines is very good, but only when you want to buy a bottle. For glasses - they have only house wine.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, just off the main shopping street. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging alternative activities when bad weather prevented us from rafting on the lake.
The rooms desperately need some updating.

Amazing Location & Excellent Breakfast
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The tram is just a few steps away, making it convenient to travel to the nearby national park. the breakfast served at the hotel was simply delicious and definitely worth waking up early for.
The room we stayed in was quite noisy due to its central location. the room was a bit outdated and could use some refurbishments.
